- توفر مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية إمكانية الوصول الحر إلى إصداراتها من كتب ودراسات علمية وتطبق ( رخصة المشاع الإبداعي نَسب المُصنَّف - الترخيص بالمثل 4.0 دولي ) (CC BY-SA 4.0- Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License) للأعمال التي تنشرها. تم تطوير هذه الرخصة لتسهيل الوصول الفوري والمجاني وإعادة استخدامها دون قيود الإصدارات المنشورة. علماً أن حقوق الملكية الفكرية لا تزال محفوظة للمؤلف والناشر وما تتضمنه من تراخيص المشاعات الإبداعية.
– تنشر مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية كتب الوصول الحر، حيث إن حقوق الملكية الفكرية محفوظة ويمكن تنزيل محتوى هذا الموقع / طباعته للقراءة الملائمة ، ولكن لا يمكن إعادة إنتاجه / نسخه / تخزينه في أنظمة الاسترجاع أو نقله بأي وسيلة دون موافقة مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية.
